The initial investment for an Apricot Lane store canvary considerably depending on store size, time of year the store opens and construction costs in a given market. Your investment can range from $110,000 to $160,000. Inventory accounts for about a third of the investment. With an increase in store size, the costs of opening inventory, construction and fixtures increases accordingly.
